Depending on how you interact with our website and mobile application, we may collect:

2. Location Information

With your permission, the Arctic Life mobile application may access your device's location.

Location information is used to:

- Display nearby Arctic Juice & Café locations.

- Support Arctic Circle walking and running routes.

- Track route progress, distance travelled, and route completion during an active workout.

- Award loyalty points for eligible activity-based challenges.

Background location is requested only while an Arctic Circle activity is actively in progress, so the application can continue tracking the route if the device is locked or running in the background.

Location access is optional and may be disabled at any time through your device settings.

We do not sell location information or use it for advertising purposes.

3. Health & Fitness Information

With your permission, the Arctic Life mobile application may access health and fitness information from Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android).

The application currently requests read-only access to your daily step count. We do not write to Apple Health or Health Connect, and we do not request any other health data type.

Step information is used solely to:

- Display your activity within the application.

- Calculate loyalty points.

- Reward users for physical activity through the Arctic Juice rewards program.

Health information is never sold or used for advertising or marketing.

Access to health information is optional and may be revoked at any time through your device settings.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

- Process and fulfil orders.

- Manage customer accounts.

- Administer the Arctic Juice loyalty program.

- Calculate and award loyalty points.

- Display nearby café locations.

- Support Arctic Circle walking and running experiences.

- Improve our products, services, and application performance.

- Respond to customer support requests.

- Comply with applicable legal obligations.

5. Analytics

We may collect limited usage, diagnostic, and crash information to improve the performance, reliability, and functionality of our website and mobile application. These service providers process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own independent purposes.

6. Payment Information

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

We do not store complete payment card details unless expressly stated otherwise and permitted by applicable law.

You may delete your account and associated personal data at any time from the in-app Account screen ("Delete Account"), or by contacting us at app@arcticjuicecafe.com.

- the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR");

- the UK GDPR and UK Data Protection Act 2018;

- the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection ("FADP");

- other applicable privacy and consumer protection laws in jurisdictions where the Services are made available.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including Switzerland, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and the United States, subject to appropriate safeguards where required by law.
